INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prep the Chicken Wings:
  - Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. If they are whole, cut them into flats and drumettes; discard the tips.
2. Season the Wings:
  - In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with 1 tablespoon of Commanderâs Bloody Mary spice blend, ensuring they are evenly coated.
3. Sear the Wings:
  - Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken wings and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are browned but not cooked through. This step is optional but adds extra flavor.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
  - In a medium bowl, whisk together the tomato or clamato juice, vodka (or chicken broth), lemon juice, celery salt, black pepper, and the remaining Commanderâs Bloody Mary Spice Blend.
5. Combine in Crock Pot:
  - Place the seared chicken wings in the crock pot. Pour the Bloody Mary sauce over the wings, ensuring they are well-coated.
6. Cook:
  - Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the wings are fully cooked and tender.
7. Finish and Serve:
  - If you prefer crispy wings, you can transfer them to a baking sheet and broil them in the oven for 3-5 minutes after they are done cooking in the crock pot.
  - Serve the wings hot, topped off with our savory spice blend, garnished with fresh celery sticks and lime wedges on the side.
